Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.

In case that the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made.

In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (6 months validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available.NO REFUNDS will be made.

Return Intimation:

You can e-mail us at [email protected] within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB No. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.
